Telling us that you are moving couldn’t be easier.

When you move we will need to calculate your final bill so it’s important to:

• take a final meter reading, or
• agree to us to producing an estimated meter reading
• let us know you are moving 2 working days in advance.

You can tell us you are moving by:

• calling our Customer Service Team on 0845 604 2355 (9am-6pm Mon-Fri)
• writing to us at Albion Water Limited, Harpenden Hall, Southdown Road, Harpenden, Herts, AL5 1TE
• or you can save the cost of a stamp or phone call by filling in our Moving Away form

We will take care of the rest.

If you are moving within our area, please complete our Moving Within the Area form.
