Draft Water Resources Management Plan
Albion Water has published its draft Water Resources Management Plan. The plan outlines how, over the next 25 years, we will provide reliable water supplies to our customers. It examines strategic issues that affect available water and demand and details how we intend to maintain the balance between water supply and demand to ensure customers receive a continued, reliable supply.
All water companies are required to prepare and maintain a Water Resources Management Plan on a five-yearly cycle. The plan is produced following guidance provided by the Environment Agency, our environmental regulator, and in accordance with direction from Defra.
This draft plan is for consultation with you. If you have any comments to make on the plan please email them to Defra at firstname.lastname@example.org and title your email ‘Albion Water draft water resources management plan’.
