Pay My Bill

Albion Water can accept payment in a number of ways, they are:

Direct Debit

You can pay your bill in full or spread the cost over the year. Download a Direct Debit form, complete it and send it to us or alternatively please contact our Customer Service Team for a Direct Debit instruction forms and a free post envelope to be sent to you. 


Internet/Telephone banking

Make a payment to us using your internet/telephone banking system. Our bank details are on the back of your bill or you can contact our Customer Service Team. Please allow 5 working days for your payment to reach us.


Cheque by post

Cheques must be made payable to Albion Water Ltd and you must include your name and customer reference number on the reverse (for example KALB00101).

Please complete the payment slip on your bill and return in the freepost envelope provided or send your cheque to:

Albion Water Ltd, Harpenden Hall, Southdown Road, Harpenden, Herts, AL5 1TE.

Please note that we do not accept post dated cheques. Please do not send cash through the post.


PayPoint 

Pay cash at a PayPoint facility. Details and locations of participating outlets are available upon request, please contact our Customer Service Team


Credit/Debit card

Call us to make a payment by Credit or Debit Card.
