Albion Water is delighted to announce that it has achieved ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification. The ISO 9001:2008 standard sets out the criteria for a quality management system and is recognised worldwide. The standard focusses on a number of key areas including internal management, processes, customer focus and the requirement of continual improvement. The certification recognises that the policies, procedures and systems implemented by management comply with the ISO 9001 standard.

To demonstrate our ongoing commitment to quality and planning we have an IRCA & UKAS approved internal auditor working on a day to day basis to ensure that our systems are maintained and, where required, improved.’
