Blackbrook Park Avenue, Taunton, Somerset, United Kingdom, TA1 2PX (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Waste Undertaker in place of United Utilities PLC for an area known as Land to the West of Junction on Orton Road and Sandsfield Lane, Carlisle, CA2 6TS. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours.
