Albion Water can accept payment in a number of ways:
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are currently experiencing delays in processing new Direct Debit instructions. If you choose to pay your bill by Direct Debit and we are unable to get you set up straight away, we will offer you the choice to make monthly payments by debit/credit card or bank transfer until we are able to set up your Direct Debit, or to increase the instalments that you pay later in the year. Please note that this only applies to new applications, all customers who already pay by Direct Debit will continue to pay the instalments as detailed in your last notification from us. We now have the ability to take online payments with your Credit or Debit Card, see Online Payment.
Make a payment to us using your internet/telephone banking system. Our bank details are on the back of your bill or you can contact our Customer Service Team. Please allow 5 working days for your payment to reach us.
Cheque by post
Cheques must be made payable to Albion Water Ltd and you must include your name and customer reference number on the reverse (for example AALB00101ABC).
Please complete the payment slip on your bill and return in the freepost envelope provided or send your cheque to:
Albion Water Ltd, Harpenden Hall, Southdown Road, Harpenden, Herts, AL5 1TE.
Please note that we do not accept post dated cheques. Please do not send cash through the post.
Pay cash at a PayPoint facility. Details and locations of participating outlets are available upon request, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Phishing / scam emails
Please note that you will only receive an email from Albion Water regarding payment if you have given us your permission to email you. All emails from us will include your unique customer reference number, which can be found on your latest bill.
If you receive any emails from us that you think might be suspicious, please send the details to email@example.com and we will happily verify it for you.
